The Designer will choose the freshest and most appropriate flowers for the occasion. You specify color preference or container choice.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

Ordered a flower arrangement to be delivered to my parents. The driver actually delivered them on the 2nd try due to no one answering the door on the 1st attempt. Not wanting to leave the flowers outside during a heat wave, the driver came back later in the afternoon to deliver the arrangement. Very pleased with the beautiful flowers that the florist selected and also the thoughtful and superb delivery service provided.

Beautiful flowers, delivered on time. Very easy to place the order. I also liked the follow up emails confirming both the order and the delivery. One small improvement could be a picture of the flowers with the delivery confirmation. Thank you - I would recommend using this florist for all future events/needs.

The arrangement was absolutely gorgeous and the recipient shared how beautiful they were. I ordered the arrangement online, designer's choice, for a colleague who experienced the loss of a family member. I wasn't sure what to expect but am completely happy with what was delivered and value for money.
